The entrance to the Apartments Ritchie & Andy are located at the rear of the property. There are 2 way lighting fitted which are operated from ground and 1st floor level. Please note that though the picture shows Steel hand rails, this has now been replaced with Aluminium hand rails with smoked toughened glass. (See Health and safety page)
The stairway leads to the first floor hall way area, on the left is the entrance to Apartment Ritchie , and the door on the right is the entrance to Apartment Andy. Off street Parking is available for 4 vehicles, 2 vehicles in garage area, and 2 vehicles on the drive. This parking area is available to you to park your hire vehicle.
The patio area is located to the front of the apartments and surrounds the swimming pool . There is a table and 4 chairs, additional chairs are available on request. The table also incorporates a thatched roof sun canopy which acts as a cool shade in hot periods. Also provided are 2 sun loungers. BBQ equipment is available on request and there is no charge for this.
The swimming pool is located to the front of the apartments and is maintained each morning. The pool is fully filtered to remove dust and insect particles. The pool pump also adds correct levels of chlorine and acid to ensure that pool is within government guide lines for private swimming pools. A regular government pool check takes place every 6 months.
The waterfall was installed in 2000, and provides a tranquil sound of water while relaxing, this can be regulated from a quiet trickle to fast flowing. Though the picture shows a separate waterfall to the pool , this has now been modified and is now connected to the swimming pool, so that the waterfall forms as part of the pool pump system.
