The lounge is the largest of all apartments, there is a 3 seater settee and 2 arm chairs and a coffee table, all made in Rattan Cane. The curtains and  cushions are colour co-ordinated to match the dinning area which joins the lounge area. Acces to the balcony is also via the lounge.  A colour television and stereo radio cassette are also provided.

The dinning area  has a Rattan can dining table and 6 Rattan cane chairs. The area is adjacent to the lounge area in this apartment

The kitchen has fitted floor and wall cupboards for food provisions, fridge, sink, and cooker. Also provided are cutlery, plates, cups , glasses, saucepans, toaster and kettle. There is also a microwave included free.

This Apartment has the largest balcony, the roof extends to cover this area to  provide a cool shaded area. There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The table can seat upto 8 persons and additional chairs are available on request. (see Balcony safety in the health & safety section)

The master bedroom  has a double bed, with Rattan cane headboard. There are solid wood wardrobes on both sides of the bed connected by over head units over the bed. Storage space for suitcases are above the wardrobes. Other furnishings include a dressing table, chair , reading spot lights and rattan cane wall fittings. Floor is marble effect tiles.

The second bedroom  has a double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. 

The bathroom and toilet are combined, the shower area has a curtained rail, and there is a fitted bidet and a wash basin, towels are provided and are changed when requested. The hot water is supplied by solar powered panels on the roof of the apartments.

The air-conditioning units are industrial hotel units with the external extractors fitted, there are three units in each apartment.  Please note that air-conditioning units operate best when all windows and patio doors in the apartment are all closed. All units operate by remote control.    Air conditioning units are connected to meters and are charged for by the amount of electricity used . Payable in Mauritian rupees to the owners in Mauritius at the end of your stay.
