ALTERNATIVE TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORT

Which you can take if you do not wish to book the minibus

TAXI (OFFICIAL)

Found as soon as you leave the airport at the taxi rank.

You can take an official taxi from the taxi rank at the airport, they normally charge between £25 -£40 one way . Taxis have passenger insurance and go through strict government checks. Official taxis have a white number plate with black digits. If there are more than 4 passengers in your group, you will need 2 taxis. Roof racks are sometime used to carry baggage. Taxis normally drop you off at front of apartments so you will need to take your baggage to the 1st floor apartments.

TAXI (UNOFFICIAL)

Drivers will approach you and ask if you need their services.

There are a few unofficial taxis at the airport who will haggle a cheap transfer price from the airport to the apartments. An unofficial  taxi can charge between £20 - £100+ (one way). They use their own private vehicles with black number plates and silver digits.  Please note that unofficial taxis may not have a driving licence, vehicle insurance,  vehicle tax, or vehicle roadworthy certificate. You could also find that your baggage is stuffed in the boot with only string holding the boot closed. If you do manage to get to the apartments in one piece with all your baggage, drivers normally leave you and your baggage on the drive way, you will need to take your baggage to the first floor apartments.
